Welcome to the REALIGN community membership. We're really proud of the results our members have been getting for the past 8 months. It's possible to create change outside of single office visits with a nutrition professional.
This ongoing program is for you, if:
-You want an affordable and yet still personalized way to work with a dietitian
-You are able to set aside time and engage with our live calls and program framework
-You see the value in interacting with a group and community
-You are ready to implement change and take action
This program includes all of the knowledge, tools, support, and feedback Erica has used with her clients over the last 10 years.
Our individualized programs are designed with the belief that food should align with your life – we empower you with the skills to decide what wellness looks like for you.
It takes compassion, strength, and structured commitment to create positive change to heal the food relationship.
Our evidence-based programs create a personalized platform that makes this possible – we will be here wherever you are in your recovery journey.
This personalized 3-month journey, includes, but is not limited to:
Individual office or virtual sessions
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner meetings
Phone, text, and email support between sessions
Eating plan accountability through recovery focused apps
“Walk & Talks” - meet while taking a walk in nature
Coffee break check-ins
Hands on meal planning education
Food prep sessions
Coordination of care with healthcare professionals (counselor, physician, psychiatrist, trainer, etc).
Handouts, homework, assignments, tip sheets
In-person and Virtual
As licensed professionals, it’s important we make a distinction between meeting in person and virtually. We are licensed in the state of Ohio and cannot provide medical nutrition counseling out of state. However, we do provide expert nutrition coaching for out of state clients and worldwide.
Nutrition coaching is ideal for those able to work proactively and who do not have access to a local professional with our specialized knowledge and expertise. Research shows Telehealth is more convenient and as effective as in person interventions.
Coaching clients must demonstrate medical stability, ability to manage and resolve eating disorder behaviors independently (if present), and lacking any high risk psychological or medical needs and concerns. If a diagnosis or higher level of care is required, recommendations will be made to have these issues addressed.
