Overeating and Fullness In Food Healing

It’s not uncommon to reach a point in your journey of allowing all foods, honoring your hunger, and no longer restricting food intake BUT still eating past fullness.

Overeating feels uncomfortable, defeating, and frustrating. You can’t stop here.

You have to keep going so that you can really gain confidence and trust that YOU can also be free and at ease with all foods.

Re-calibrating our fullness is a necessary part of the process.

I’m talking about this on the podcast because it’s a typical sticking point in recovery or healing your relationship to food. It is a very individualized process and this is something I work closely with clients on. If you’d like to become a client of mine, inquire to work with me via the link in the show notes.

Would you like to learn how to distinguish fullness and overeating for yourself? It’s a big part of the journey and it’s a must to go from “working on it” to “totally free” and this is something I work with clients on. Inquire to work with me here: https://alignednutrition.com/contact/
